      1945 ~ 2018 Douglas Noel Cramer was born on December 20, 1945 in Highland, KS to Noel and Helen Cramer.  He was raised and educated in Hiawatha, KS.  He attended Highland Jr. College for two years.  Sadly, he unexpectedly suffered a brain aneurysm on May 5th and later died on May 8, 2018 at 72 years of age. He was activated with the Kansas National Guard, 69th Infantry Brigade in 1968 and served on active duty at Ft.
